Associates of T&ES are registered engineers.  Our staff has the ability to provide laboratory analysis, evidence preservation, and evidence storage and expert witness testimony.

Fire Cause and Origin

Our staff is capable of handling all aspects of fire investigations from the smallest generator to the largest bus, crane or excavator. We have the resources to provide the necessary answers -accidental, arson or product failure.  Our associates carry C.F.E.I. & C.F.I. credentials and can provide expert witness testimony on behalf of our clients in various levels of the judicial system.

Marine Inspections

JR  holds a US Coast Guard Masters License (100 gross tons) and has been providing quality marine inspections, appraisals and reports to the industry for over 25 years including fire cause and origin, collision, submerged vessels and recovery.

Cranes and Heavy Equipment

Our staff and associates have hands on experience with both repairs and operation of cranes and construction equipment providing an edge that allows for superior investigations of crane and heave equipment accidents, damage evaluations and condition.

Buses

Transit buses, conversion buses or motor homes are a specialty.

T&ES has  experience of writing damage appraisals (500 annually) for 2 of the larger private owned fleets in New York City, we have the resources to get the job done efficiently.
